Shipping
Orders can take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange.
Our Awning Installation Service is currently available in most parts of mainland UK. This service is priced at £149 and includes delivery of the Awning, assembly (excluding electrics) and removal of all packaging.
We aim to schedule your assembly within 7-10 working days. During our busy season (February-September) delivery and assembly may take up to 3 weeks to schedule.
Please ensure you have permission from the building owner before installing.
