Both the delicately detailed hands - each finger individually sculpted – and the water flowing into the basin, and splashing out, are rendered in 18K solid gold, adding warmth and richness. The hands extend beyond the circular sterling silver background, creating dynamic movement, while the entire pendant’s dimensionality brings the scene to life with depth and texture.

Reversible, the back of the pendant features the star sign's constellation in a dotted braille motif - the stars connected by etched lines.
